We are seeking a dedicated QA Data Reviewer to support the review and oversight of process characterization data in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform comprehensive reviews of study protocols, technical reports, and raw/analyzed data to confirm compliance with GxP and internal quality standards + Assess datasets for integrity, traceability, completeness, and scientific accuracy + Collaborate with Process Development, MSAT, and Manufacturing teams to validate alignment of data with process understanding and GMP manufacturing goals + Support and document deviation investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA initiatives related to process data and studies + Review and approve documentation associated with process improvements, scale-ups, and technology transfers + Ensure all activities, records, and data management practices adhere to established SOPs and regulatory expectations **Your Background** + Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, or related field + 3-6+ years of QA, QC, or data review experience in biotech/pharma, with exposure to cell therapy processes strongly preferred + In-depth knowledge of GMP, data integrity (ALCOA+), and quality management systems + Proven ability to critically analyze complex scientific datasets, including statistical outputs (DOE) + Hands-on experience with technical/scientific documentation and data review + Strong attention to detail, organization, and cross-functional communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** + Expertise with autologous cell therapy (e.g., CAR-T) and process validation lifecycle + Familiarity with electronic QMS (such as TrackWise Digital) and electronic lab notebook platforms **Why Join?** Be a critical player in safeguarding the quality and impact of groundbreaking cell therapy products.
