We welcome International Medical Graduates seeking waiver sponsorship.Position SummaryThis is a full-time Family Medicine Physician opportunity based at our South Holland location The Physician will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care while supporting efficient clinic operations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPractice within the scope of evidence-based clinical guidelinesProvide continuous, comprehensive family medicine and primary care services for infants, children, adolescents, and adults in accordance with current standards of careObtain and document patient medical historiesPerform and/or order diagnostic testsDiagnose conditions and prescribe medications as appropriateAdminister vaccinations and conduct follow-up examinationsEducate patients on disease prevention and health maintenancePrepare and maintain accurate medical records, clinical reports, and correspondenceSupport quality improvement initiativesCollaborate with the management team and clinical providersComplete all required Core Curriculum training for the rolePerform other duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
