Part-Time Title Clerk

Part-Time Title Clerk We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Biller/Title Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately processing retail deals for multiple locations and plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with state regulations while supporting the sales department. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail. While we are willing to train the right individual, prior experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $18$20 per hour, based on experience and performance. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Thursday 4:00PM - 7:30PM, Saturdays 8:30AM - 5PM. This is an on-site position located in South Glens Falls, NY. Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) Matching Paid Time Off What You'll Do: Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation submitted by the sales department Maintain strict compliance with dealership policies and state regulations Submit title work retail, and lease transactions, NYS & out of state File and maintain titles, and lien releases Provide clerical support to accounting and sales departments when needed What We're Looking For: Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset Prior experience in automotive titling, DMV processing, or dealership office administration preferred Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy Solid computer proficiency and experience working with multiple software systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS), such as Automate, preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and customer service skills At Romeo Auto Group, we strive to make every customer a customer for life.
