A company is looking for a Sr. Payroll Supervisor who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the timely and accurate processing of semi-monthly multi-state payroll for over 800 employees Supervise and develop payroll specialists while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies Coordinate payroll activities, manage software implementations, and handle confidential payroll information Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Minimum 5 years of Finance/Accounting experience, including 5+ years managing multi-state payroll Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred Experience with ADP payroll software is essential Familiarity with government contracting is a plus
