Key Responsibilities Lead HR projects and initiatives aligned with organizational goals Serve as a subject matter expert on complex HR issues and provide consultation to leadership Develop and implement HR policies and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of human resource experience preferred SHRM-CP certification is a plus Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Proficiency with HRIS and Case Management systems in Workday
