Job Summary To serve the administrative requirements of internal and external customers, and management staff. As the People and Culture Generalist at Imagineering Finishing Technologies, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This position involves a combination of HR and culture-building responsibilities to support the company's mission and goals. Responsibilities: Partner with department managers to support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and candidate selection. Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns, escalating to leadership as necessary. Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies, conflict resolution, and performance improvement. Conduct onboarding programs to ensure new employees integrate effectively into the company culture. Assists with compliance-related activities including audits, reporting, and training. Assist and manage employee relations issues by conducting investigations and recommending solutions and escalating to leadership as appropriate. Manage and update employee records for assigned location, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Assist with implementing engagement initiatives such as employee surveys, recognition programs, and culture-building activities. Maintain and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover, headcount and eNPS Assists with performance management process, including annual reviews and development plans. Administer FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs Promote a safe work environment by supporting safety and compliance initiatives. Processes payroll for assigned locations Performs all other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, or employee engagement. Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CM are helpful but not required. Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite. Strong knowledge of benefits administration and compliance. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
