Key Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. • Assist with data entry, invoice coding, and filing. • Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities. • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies. • Provide general administrative support to the accounting department. Preferred Qualifications: • Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
