Assist with data entry, invoice coding, and filing. Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies. Provide general administrative support to the accounting department. Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred. 12 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
