Senior Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Souderton, PA.Key Tasks:Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from planning through execution and post-implementation reviewManage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project outcomesDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessmentsMonitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals and prioritiesFacilitate stakeholder communication, including status updates and reportingIdentify process improvements and drive efficiencies in project executionManage vendor relationships and oversee third-party deliverables as neededREQUIREMENTS:5+ years of project management experience in a complex or enterprise environmentProven experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering results on time and within scopeStrong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesExperience working with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, or similar)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentProject management certification (e.g., PMP) preferredExperience working with regulated environments or compliance-related projects preferredThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
