PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Will include but not be limited to)Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below.Maintain a clean, hygienic, and dust-free environment across all clinics.Perform daily cleaning duties including:Mopping floorsDisinfecting countertops and chairsCleaning carpets, walls, vents, glass doors, mirrors, and door jambsEnsure all restrooms are clean and fully stocked with supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper.Identify and report maintenance issues (., broken windows, water leaks, clogged drains) to the lead or supervisor.Collaborate with the Procurement team to:Maintain and replenish janitorial and maintenance suppliesReplace light bulbs and other necessary items across all clinics and office sitesMove heavy items as needed to clean areas not accessible on a daily basis.Empty trash from all clinics and office sites, ensuring proper disposal and transport to the designated waste facility in accordance with TMWIHC's recycling and hazardous/medical waste disposal policies.Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas.Perform minor repairs such as:Wall repairs and touch-up paintingInstalling shelves and fixturesReport the need for additional repairs or maintenance to the lead or supervisor.Follow lock-up and security procedures at each site with dependability.Perform other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum QualificationsEducation and Experience:Pattern I: High school diploma or GED, orPattern II: 1-2 years of experience in a related fieldRequirements: Valid California driver's licensePreferred QualificationsOSHA Safety Training certification (preferred)2+ years of experience working with Native American populations in a healthcare setting (preferred)PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This position requires walking, standing, and sitting for prolonged periods; climbing stairs and step-stools; stooping, kneeling, crouching, balancing, and reaching; pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 pounds; and raising objects overhead. The role also requires manual dexterity for operating computers and phones, as well as hearing, talking, and strong verbal and written communication skills.Repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and fingers are involved. The employee may be subject to outdoor environmental conditions such as heat and cold, and will be required to walk on uneven ground. xijylhu The position also requires the ability to safely operate and drive a motor vehicle.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $31.00
