You will be the person responsible for what the world sees, hears, and shares about Salesfinity. That means short-form video on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn. It means turning our SDR team "” who are already on camera and posting daily "” into the most recognizable cast in sales. It means running weekly campaigns that get talked about in Slack channels we'll never see. It means walking through our office with a camera and finding the moment that becomes the post. You won't be writing alone. Our team posts. Our SDRs post. You'll be the creative engine that turns all of it into a single, unmistakable voice. In twelve months, the work you produce here will be the portfolio that defines your career.ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for what the world sees, hears, and shares about Salesfinity.Create short-form video content on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn.Transform the SDR team into a recognizable cast in sales.Run weekly campaigns that generate discussions in Slack channels.Capture moments in the office that become social media posts.Collaborate with the team and SDRs to create a unified voice.QualificationsRecent graduate or one to two years into your career.Experience creating content on the internet (TikTok, meme pages, YouTube, newsletters, personal brands).Required SkillsAbility to write short, sharp, human content.Proficiency in editing with CapCut.Comfortable on camera and able to make others comfortable.Understanding of B2B marketing and its common pitfalls.Proactive and self-motivated.Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B marketing is a plus.Creative thinking and taste.Pay range and compensation packageWe will give you the tools, the team, the budget, and the air cover.
