Skills That Make You Stand Out Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred High school diploma or GED (preferred) Reliable, punctual, and steady in attendance Able to read instructions or simple diagrams Strong focus on quality and safety Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet Work That Matters Perform line assembly operations as part of the production process. Clean and maintain production equipment to ensure smooth operations. Rotate between different workstations as production needs shift. Conduct routine equipment maintenance and preventative measures. Follow all safety instructions and company policies.
