Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.Client requires experience with geriatric patient populations and post-acute care documentation standards.Demonstrated ability to perform mobility, balance, therapeutic exercise, and fall risk assessments.Current CPR certification required.Preferred: prior travel therapy experience and proficiency with electronic medical record systems commonly used in long-term care settings. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.Assignment Length: 13 weeks.Work Schedule: 5x8.
