Logistics Manager

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead and optimize distribution center (DC) operations with a strong focus on network strategy, operational efficiency, and last-mile delivery execution. This role will play a critical part in supporting DC transformations, including consolidations ("DC collapses"), and ensuring a seamless flow of goods from distribution centers to end customers.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in logistics and distribution operations, with a strong understanding of how inventory positioning (SKU strategy) aligns to network design and customer demand. This individual will partner closely with DC engineering and operations teams to assess current-state distribution models, identify opportunities for optimization, and execute strategies that improve service levels and reduce cost.While experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS) is not required, the candidate should have strong end-to-end logistics expertise"”particularly in outbound distribution, fulfillment, and delivery models. Experience operating in high-volume, fast-paced environments such as Amazon or similarly scaled logistics networks is highly preferred.This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on driving continuous improvement across DC operations, transportation strategies, and customer delivery outcomes.
