We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven leader to advance managed care contracting for Independent Healthcare Associates (IHA). This high-impact role sits at the intersection of payer strategy, contract negotiation, and provider partnerships, offering the opportunity to lead contracting initiatives across a growing independent network, own key payer relationships, influence reimbursement outcomes, and drive innovation in value-based care. Working closely with executive leadership, this position provides strong visibility and the ability to shape long-term direction-ideal for a professional in payer contracting, provider relations, or managed care ready to step into a more strategic leadership role.
