Someone who can coach, build accountability, implement sustainable systems, and drive long-term reliability rather than short-term fixes.Requirements:15+ years of management experienceFully cooked food manufacturing experienceProtein industry experience (meat, poultry, or related protein processing)Proven leadership experience supporting, developing, and directing maintenance techniciansStrong understanding and application of 5S workplace organizationAbility to lead, develop, and hold team members accountable while growing their skill setsSignificant hands-on industrial maintenance expertiseExperience with Autonomous Maintenance (AM), a TPM pillar where operators perform basic equipment care for early issue detection, reduced breakdowns, improved technician utilization, and increased ownership of equipmentCapability in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate problems at the sourceReliability-focused mindset, prioritizing long-term improvement over reactive repairsSupport for Lean or Continuous Improvement initiativesAbility to balance maintenance priorities with operational needs
