The starting pay range for this position per hour is $23.75 - $25.75. The full pay range for this position per hour is $23.75 - $40.40 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. The role of a Food & Beverage Closing Team Leader can provide you with theskills and experience of: Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture across in foodFood&Beverage business fundamentals: department sales trends, freshness and quality, inventory management, guest shopping patternsandpricing and promotions strategiesExecutingclosing routines and overseeing Food & Beverage operationswith guidance fromarea and store leaders on procedure,processand team member concernsSupportingdaily/weekly stores workload to supportFood &Beverage priorities and deliver sales goalsProcessimprovement and workload efficiency across the storeAs aFood & Beverage ClosingTeam Leader, no two daysare ever the same, but a typical daymost likelywillinclude the following responsibilities: Understand sales goals,planand execute daily/weekly workload todeliver ondepartment and store sales goals and guest engagement.Be apartner to the store leadership team through communication and collaboration to influence current sales performance and workload deliverables, leverage check-in and check-outs as daily connection points.Maintainafresh, full and food safe area during all operating hoursleveragingstrong inventory management, cleaningroutinesand Food Safety policies and procedures.Assess backroom and sales floor areas ofFood & Beverage and Food Service (where applicable)on a daily basisbywalkingF&B Standardstoprioritizeyourbusinessneedsandidentifyclosingpriorities.Lead team huddles to communicateeveningfocuses and trends,leveragingstore reporting and HQ communications.Validate and follow-up onteam members’progress againsttheir assigned prioritized workload tasks,production area routines, and application of best practices.Develop andmaintainrelationships with vendors to ensure clear expectations areestablished, brand standards (such as delivery and merchandising) are beingmetand areas are full andmaintained.Remainup-to-dateon relevant trends and products to educate team members.Participate in team hiring and onboarding processes.Atthedirectionofyour direct leader,establishclear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations.Work a schedule that aligns to guest and business needs (this includes early morning, evening, overnightshiftsand weekends).Assign daily tasks to TMs based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns, ensuring alignment with weekly and monthly business priorities set by yourdirect leader.Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) andmaintaina compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local laws.Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct,safetyand compliance; Lead team to work in the same way and hold others accountable to this commitment.Lead anddemonstratea safety culture through modeling and recognizing safe behaviors,identifyingand correcting hazards, holding team accountable to following safety expectations,assistingwith incident response, and reporting/investigating injuriestimelyand accurately.Model the execution of physical security processesin order toenhance the instore security culture.Support merchandise protection strategies across the total store; including ordering, storage and application as directed by best practices.Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and addition to FoodSafetyManagerCertification,completeall Starbucks and/or Pizza Hut training requirements or certificationsrelated to quality control of products(if applicable).Lead anddemonstratea cultureof executingall bestpractices learning;
