Job DescriptionLoad and Haul OperatorAnderson, TN (On-site)Full-TimePay: $17-$22 per hour (based on experience)SmallBiz Staffing is seeking dependable, safety-focused load and haul operator to support daily mining operations in Anderson, TN. This role is critical to maintaining safe, efficient production and is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and an interest in heavy equipment operation or mining environments.Responsibilities:Safely and efficiently operate mine equipment, including:Production loadersHaul trucksWater trucksMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow all site safety rules, company policies, and operational proceduresMonitor work conditions and immediately report hazards, near-misses, or incidentsSupport daily site operations as assigned by supervisorsWork collaboratively with team member to meet production and safety goalsRequirements High School Diploma or GED (proof required prior to start date)Previous experience in heavy manufacturing, mining, or equipment operation preferredMust be available for any shift, including weekends, on-call rotation, and overtimeStrong teamwork skills and positive attitudeExcellent attendance and dependabilityAbility to work with urgency, follow directions, and handle multiple tasks safelyMust be able to pass a drug screening, physicals, and MSHA 48-hourSteel toe shoes requiredBenefits: Weekly payHealthcare coverage availableIf you're a reliable, safety-minded individual who enjoys hands-on work and operating heavy equipment, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in mining.
