Opportunity:Advanced Practice (CRNA) - (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Job Details:Required to work 4-6 weekend shifts per quarter with weekend shifts being 10-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PMIntermittent weekend coverage needed (6 shifts or 3 weekends in a 15-week period if needed)Remaining shifts are 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM with 30-minute lunchProvide anesthesia services for various surgical procedures including complete orthopedic, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic surgeriesGeneral anesthesia required for adult and trauma cases, with pediatric experience preferredSpinal and epidural anesthesia experience requiredComplex orthopedic and thoracic cases (except open heart) experience requiredComplex vascular cases and arterial line placement experience preferredVentilation management and evaluation/management of acute volume/BP issues requiredMust be board certified with ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications requiredDepartment has 7 beds with varying patient encounters per shiftFacility:This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center that provides a wide range of surgical services including orthopedic, obstetric, pediatric, and thoracic procedures.
