We are a growing, physician-owned medical group expanding in Sheboygan, WI, seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team, part-time, in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role focuses on post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, working alongside a collaborative lead provider.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planningManage patients with orthopedic rehab needs, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditionsEnsure accurate and timely documentation in EMRRequired Qualifications:Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in WisconsinActive DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an NP (SNF, geriatrics, internal medicine, or rehab experience strongly preferred)Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populationsStrong clinical decision-making and time management skillsComfortable working independently in an SNF settingPreferred Experience:Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute care experienceBackground in internal medicine, geriatrics, or physical medicine & rehabilitation (PM&R)Experience with orthopedic, stroke, or pain management patientsSchedule & Setting:Part-time: 2 days per weekNo nights, no weekends Round and go model for strong work-life balanceSkilled Nursing Facility settingWhat Medrina Offers:Competitive compensationFlexible scheduling and autonomyOngoing mentorship, training, and professional developmentDedicated administrative support (billing, credentialing, scheduling)Access to a national provider networkAbout Medrina:Medrina is a physician-owned group focused on delivering high-quality rehabilitative care in post-acute settings.
