Senior Materials Manager

We are working with a private equity-owned global industrial manufacturer that provides energy solutions for homes, industrial systems, and powertrains. Its portfolio of solutions includes backup power generators for data centers, power generation, energy storage, and renewable energy technologies.Our client is seeking a full-time Sr Materials Manager for their manufacturing facility in Sheboygan, WI. The key requirements for the role include:Expertise in planning, warehouse, and inventory managementProven track record leading warehouse operations and driving continuous improvement initiativesExperience in industrial manufacturing environments, including engineer-to-order models and high-SKU complexityRecent hands-on SAP experience with strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systemsWorking knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Experience managing and collaborating with unionized workforcesSkilled in maintaining and optimizing PFEP (Plan for Every Part) databasesBackground in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP)
