With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking out an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch.Responsibilities:As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.Referral buildingCultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).Staffing and SchedulingHiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.In-home AssessmentsBuild strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.Financial ManagementOversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.Cultivating CultureCreating the workplace of choice for your territory.
