Production Manager

FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Production Manager for a great client. This rapidly growing company is well-known for the design and fabrication of high-quality products. So, what will you be doing as Production Manager? -Support and drive daily production schedules focused on meeting on-time delivery metrics -Identify production bottlenecks and implement processes to remove -Reinforce quality standards and ensure adherence to requirements -Promote and enforce safe working practices, and adherence to OSHA standards -Participate in workflow improvements, equipment optimization, and shift expansion planningWhat you will need to be successful: -BS in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or another related field -10 years of experience in manufacturing operations -5+ years of leadership/managerial experience -Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems -Proven ability to improve process efficiency Things considered a plus:-Experience in a metal fabrication/assembly environment -NetSuite -Experience working with a unionized environment -Six Sigma certificationWhat to do next:Now that you have had the chance to learn about the role, what are you waiting for?!
