As an After School Enrichment Educator, you'll be the spark that makes after-school hours the best part of a student's day!This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during after-school enrichment programming. It's ideal for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences. In this role, you will:Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th gradeEnsure student safety and well-being at all timesPlan and lead engaging recreational activitiesAssist students with homework and academic support as neededFacilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamworkEffectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcementMaintain accurate attendance and incident recordsOrganize and oversee snack time and outdoor playPrepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safeWe're also actively seeking Instructors with Experience in any of these activities:Music: Music Theory, Vocal Training, Piano, GuitarSports: Soccer, Basketball, Flag Football, Pickleball, VolleyballDance: Hip-Hop, Breakdance, K-Pop, Ballet, Jazz FunkPerforming Arts: Theatre and Acting, Improv, Musical TheatreMartial Arts: Karate, Jiu-JitsuLanguages: Spanish, MandarinWellness: Yoga, Meditation, StretchingSTEAM: Robotics, Coding, Lego, STEMSchedule & CompensationSchedule: Monday - Friday; hours vary by program needsCompensation: Competitive hourly rate based on program hours Start Date: Early August (First weeks of August)Requirements18+ years of ageAbility and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date.
