Material Handler/Machine Operator A well-established, family-run company is looking for dependable and safety-focused individuals to join their team as Material Handlers/Machine Operators on the 2nd and 3rd shift in Sedalia, MO. No prior experience is requiredjust a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Role Overview: You'll be part of a collaborative team responsible for preparing and shipping materials to customers. This includes operating equipment such as: Forklifts Overhead cranes Metal saws Shears Lasers Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you can perform your duties safely and efficiently. Skills: Forklift, machine operation, material handling, loading, general labor, production, shipping and receiving, inventory, picking, RF scanner, load, sit down forklift, packaging Top Skills Details: Forklift, machine operation, material handling, loading, general labor, production, shipping and receiving Additional Skills & Qualifications: A strong commitment to safety Reliability and teamwork Interest in learning new skills Previous experience in metal service operations (a plus) Good attendance and safe work habits Basic computer skills Attention to detail in fulfilling orders Experience Level: Entry Level Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Sedalia, MO. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
