Shift Pattern: Varied - Overnight from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (including weekends and holidays). Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will possess: 2 years of recent hotel security experience. A proven track record of quality customer service experience. As an Overnight Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of guests and team members as well as the security of the hotel property in alignment with our commitment to exceptional guest service and financial success. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting regular patrols of the interior and exterior of the hotel to identify potential safety and security risks. Responding promptly to emergency situations, including safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property. Encouraging safe work practices among team members. Initiating preliminary investigations into incidents as needed. Writing reports and ensuring the accuracy of necessary documentation. Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner. What are we looking for?
