We curate and resell the most coveted closets around the world through our Instagram Live Shows.About the Role:We're looking for a talented, detail-oriented Ecommerce Photographer to join our marketing and live show team. You'll produce high-quality product imagery that drives online sales, maintains brand consistency, and elevates the customer shopping experience across our digital platforms "” primarily our website.You'll partner closely with stylists, the marketing lead, and live show producers to deliver compelling visuals for our website, social media, and promotional campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesPhotography & ProductionPlan, set up, and execute product photography shoots in a studio environmentShoot flat lay, pack shot, ghost mannequin, lifestyle, and on-model imagery as requiredOperate and maintain professional lighting equipment, backdrops, and propsEnsure consistent framing, color accuracy, and styling across all product categoriesCollaborate with stylists and key decision makers to achieve creative briefsPost-Production & EditingRetouch and color-correct images using Adobe Photoshop and LightroomRemove backgrounds, composite images, and prepare files to platform specificationsDeliver final assets in required formats and resolutions for web, print, and social mediaMaintain organized file management and naming conventionsWorkflow & CollaborationManage high-volume shoot schedules efficiently, meeting daily output targetsCoordinate sample tracking and ensure products are returned in good conditionCommunicate proactively with key decision makers on timelines and creative directionContribute to continuous improvement of studio processes and workflowsExperience2+ years of experience in product or ecommerce photographyProficiency with DSLR or mirrorless camera systems (Canon, Nikon, Sony)Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and LightroomSolid understanding of studio lighting "” strobes, continuous lighting, diffusionDemonstrated ability to produce high-volume work without compromising qualityA portfolio showcasing clean, commercial product photographyExcellent eye for detail, color, and compositionSkills and Abilities:Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMeticulous attention to detail and a quality-first mindsetAdaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-output environmentTeam player who takes creative direction positivelyPassion for photography, ecommerce, and visual storytellingGenuine passion for fashion and luxury resaleThe Refind offers competitive hourly compensation of $28-$40 commensurate with experience and industry standards for the Seattle market.
