The Store Manager will oversee daily retail operations, including team management, customer service, inventory control, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets. This role will also focus on training and motivating team members, maintaining the store's aesthetic standards, and creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for customers. The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in driving store success and representing Aldea Home & Baby's brand values.QualificationsRetail management experience, including team supervision and ability to lead and inspire a teamStrong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and delivering an exceptional shopping experienceKnowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management techniquesStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic budgeting or sales tracking toolsPassion for design, home decor, and baby products is a plusBachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not required
