Elliott Bay Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to join our established, AAHA-accredited veterinary practice. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced, 7-doctor hospital with approximately 30 team members, where you will have direct influence on operations, team experience, and hospital performance.We are looking for a thoughtful, motivated leader who values collaboration, accountability, and growth. Everyone understands the role they play in shaping our culture and contributing to the success of the hospital.What You'll DoAs Practice Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the hospital while supporting and guiding a high-performing team.
