The Therapist will be responsible for providing individual therapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, conducting assessments, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure client-centered care. The Therapist will also provide support and education to clients and their families to promote understanding and resilience.QualificationsProficiency in conducting therapy sessions, building rapport with clients, and employing evidence-based therapeutic approachesExperience in creating treatment plans, conducting mental health assessments, and evaluating progressStrong skills in written and verbal communication, active listening, and empathyKnowledge of addiction treatment models, mental health diagnoses, and recovery practicesMaster's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related fieldCurrent licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice therapy in the relevant stateAbility to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalismExperience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plusBilingual abilities are a bonus
