This leadership role oversees in-house maintenance teams and vendor partners while ensuring efficient operations, high standards of care, and compliance with company policies and regulations.Key Responsibilities include:Maintain the overall physical condition of assigned communitiesSupervise and coordinate in-house maintenance staff and external vendorsManage service staff including scheduling, hiring, training, and terminationsOversee work order intake, prioritization, and timely completionReview scopes of work, assign tasks, and follow through to completionRespond to emergency maintenance issues after hours and on weekends as neededSource vendors and negotiate pricing for services and repairsWhat you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in property maintenance, with construction knowledgeStrong negotiation skills and ability to multitask effectivelyProven ability to resolve conflict calmly and professionallySound judgment and strong decision-making skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesWhat you'll get in returnCompetitive hourly compensation: $40-$42 per hour (based on experience)Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance starting after 30 days401(k) with employer match up to 5%Significant onsite rent discountWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this opportunity, click 'apply now' to submit your resume or reach out directly to Daniela Giovannini for more information.
