Director of Fabrication Operations - Industrial & Commercial - Seattle, WAGryphon Oakwood are currently working on a Director of Fabrication Systems & Operations for a leading mechanical contractor in the North West. This candidate will be responsible for improving the performance of the fabrication business through stronger systems, better coordination, and more efficient material flow. Working closely with the current VP, this person will initially act as a key operational partner before taking on broader leadership responsibility over time.The role will focus on identifying bottlenecks, simplifying processes, and improving efficiency across multiple fabrication facilities.
