Senior Construction Project Manager

GeoSearch is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects from concept through completion. This role serves as a key liaison between design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery on schedule, budget, and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction projects from planning through executionCoordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleOversee budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and contract administrationMonitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with regulationsReview plans for constructability and provide value engineering inputEvaluate change orders, resolve field issues, and mitigate project risksPrepare reports and communicate project status to stakeholdersSupport permitting, approvals, and coordination with public agenciesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)Professional Engineer (PE) license required15+ years of experience in civil or infrastructure projects (utilities, transportation, water/wastewater, development, etc.)5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and construction-phase projectsStrong background in construction management or construction administrationKnowledge of permitting, zoning, environmental regulations, and contractsExperience with CPM schedulingLEED or sustainable design experience is a plusValid driver's license required
