The team works closely alongside patients and providers. The team member will be comfortable in an office setting, hard worker, customer service and multi task skilled. The department focus is helping MD Anderson patients through their medical process by working with the patient's schedule and confirming patient appointments.As a Referrals Coordinator you will be responsible for:Providing referral assistance to physicians, patients, and insurance companies.Maintaining medical documentation, schedules appointments, and processes prescriptions and referrals.Referral Coordinator Experience: Medical Office ExperienceReferral and Authorization ExperienceEducation & Credential Requirements: High School Diploma RequiredThis Referrals Coordinator will be located at Baptist MD Anderson South Jacksonville.
