Our team values collaboration, accountability, and high-quality legal work.Why join us?401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceJob DetailsWe are seeking a Managing Attorney to lead a small Scottsdale satellite office focused on creditors' rights, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and default servicing matters.Responsibilities: Manage day to day operations for a small satellite office Oversee creditors' rights, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and related default servicing matters Supervise attorneys, paralegals, and support staff Handle contested matters, hearings, client communication, and case strategy Ensure compliance with client guidelines, court requirements, and internal procedures Support growth, workflow management, and performance standards for the officeQualifications: Active Arizona bar license in good standing Prior creditors' rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or default servicing experience Experience managing attorneys, paralegals, or legal support staff Strong litigation, client communication, and case management skills Ability to lead a small office with autonomy, accountability, and professionalismInterested in hearing more?
