Our client, located in the Greater Phoenix Area, specializes in creating robust products that are designed for challenging conditions, serving a range of dedicated professionals and enthusiasts worldwide.About the RoleEssential FunctionsAssist production staff with troubleshooting of in-process product testing and performance. Help isolate, identify, repeat, repair, and re-start in-process issues with support from Senior Engineering staff.Assist Senior Engineers with tester development, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Wire preparation (Cutting/stripping/crimping/soldering/cable management.)Assembly of in-process testing fixtures and prototype product/testers.Maintaining testing equipment, replenishing of cable test leads, calibration.Supervise operational equipment deployment, replenishment of production consumables, and review equipment/process improvements for future deployments.QualificationsManufacturing/Electrical/or Mechanical Engineering Technology degree OR2-5 years experience in electrical or manufacturing tech related role.Experience with electrical component assembly/troubleshootingExperience performing component-level troubleshooting using benchtop equipment.Strong attention to detailAbility to follow direction from Senior engineers and/or work independently as needed.Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Must be a US citizen or US permanent residentPay range and compensation package-$65-85K Annually-Excellent Insurance Coverage
