Customers fly across the country and know our staff by name, you are becoming apart of the brand.Role DescriptionThis is a full time on-site role for a Merchandise and Inventory Manager at Rancher Hat Bar in Scottsdale, AZ. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, utilizing google sheets and other programs for inventory management, communication with team members, and helping manage the inventory of 16+ stores on a daily basis.What You'll Do As an Inventory ManagerAssist with helping Store Managers order for all 16+ locationsComplete Inventory checks for multiple locations, including virtual visual check insInventory control systemsMaintaining accurate inventory recordsWork closely with store managersDispersing product from warehouse to other locationsManage our online store and ship orders, including managing ShopifyPlacing orders for current and new storesPlacing orders and managing offsite event inventoryEnsuring packages arrive on time, constant knowledge of deliveriesWork closely with warehouse manager and assist as neededRun errands and drop off packages, schedule package pick ups with curriersCreating and shipping out online hat ordersConstant communication with district managers and higher upsQualificationsInventory Management and Inventory Control skillsStrong Organizational SkillsStrong Communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and high demanding deadlinesAbility to work independently and in a teamAttention to detailExperience in retail or inventory management is a plusAbility to lift 20lbs+This position may require long times of standing, bending, unboxing and lifting boxes.
