Title: Corporate Procurement ManagerSalary: $120,000 - $130,000/year + 20% annual bonusLocation: HYBRID, Scottsdale, 4 days in officeSchedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pmCorporate Procurement ManagerA Fortune 300 company in the Phoenix area is hiring a Corporate Procurement Manager to play a central role in how their procurement function uses data, systems, and reporting to drive smarter sourcing and supplier decisions. This is a hands-on seat that pairs deep procurement experience with strong data analytics and contract negotiation. You'll own the integrity of procurement data, build the reporting that leadership relies on, and use that data to drive negotiations with large enterprise software vendors and other strategic suppliers.The team is investing heavily in its analytics, reporting, and negotiation capabilities, and this role is central to that build out. If you've built your career in enterprise procurement, can turn data into leverage at the negotiating table, and are comfortable representing your company face-to-face with major vendors and at industry conferences, this is the seat.ResponsibilitiesManage data integrity of the procurement system of record, including supplier master data, item master, contracts, and transactional data across source to payBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting that procurement leadership and executive stakeholders rely on for spend visibility, supplier performance, and decision supportUse data analysis to identify overspend, choke points, and cost optimization opportunities across the supplier base, especially within enterprise software contractsLead contract negotiations with large software suppliers and other strategic vendors, leveraging data and analytics to drive favorable termsRepresent the company in person at vendor conferences, supplier meetings, and industry events, including handling on-the-fly negotiations and competitor-facing conversationsPartner with IT, analytics, and integration teams on system enhancements, configuration changes, and downstream data flowsStandardize how procurement data is captured, validated, and used across the businessSupport sourcing, contract, and spend analysis efforts with reliable, well-structured dataLead and develop one to two analysts on the team, providing technical mentorship and prioritizationPartner with procurement leadership on executive-level reporting, KPIs, and spend visibility initiativesQualifications5+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or procurement systems experienceHands-on procurement module experience in a major enterprise ERP, such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, or comparableStrong contract negotiation experience, particularly with large enterprise vendors and software suppliersHands-on Power BI experience building dashboards, reports, and visualizations from enterprise data setsAdvanced ExcelExperience leading or mentoring at least one or two team members (analysts, buyers, or similar)PreferredOracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience within procurement, sourcing, or source to pay modulesExperience writing SQL against enterprise data sources such as Snowflake, Denodo, or similarReport development experience in OTBI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or BI PublisherHands-on FBDI experience for data loads, migrations, and bulk updatesExperience negotiating directly with major software vendors such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, or similarContract management exposureCPM, CPSM, Six Sigma, or Lean Six Sigma certificationHireRisingWe're an IT staffing and consulting firm that connects high-caliber technology professionals with innovative organizations across the U.S. and nearshore markets, with new ventures into Finance & Accounting.
