Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager Phoenix, AZWe're a privately held commercial real estate investment firm with over $1B in AUM, focused on office and industrial assets, and we're looking for a hands-on Asset Manager who wants to operate"”not just oversee.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working directly with leadership, with responsibility across both asset performance and select acquisitionsWhat You'll DoOwn day-to-day asset performance across a diversified office & industrial portfolioDrive NOI growth through leasing strategy, expense control, and executionWork directly with property managers, brokers, and vendors to actively operate assetsLead capital projects, tenant improvements, and lease negotiationsBuild and manage budgets, reforecasts, and asset-level financial modelsSupport acquisitions including underwriting, due diligence, and executionAssist with refinancing, dispositions, and investor reportingWhat We're Looking For5-10+ years in commercial real estate (asset management, acquisitions, or operations)Direct experience with office and/or industrial assetsStrong financial and analytical skills (Excel required; ARGUS a plus)Background in a lean, entrepreneurial environment preferredOwnership mentality with the ability to execute and problem-solve in real timeCompensation (Phoenix | $1B Platform)Base Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 plus bonus
