Compensation: $90k-$110k annuallyLocation: Scottsdale, AZWorkplace Setting: Fully OnsitePosition SummaryThe Senior Executive Assistant is a trusted partner to Brandon Dawson, CEO and Co-Founder of Cardone Ventures, serving as the operational backbone of the Executive Office. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support "” it requires someone who thinks strategically, communicates with precision, and operates with a high degree of professionalism and discretion. You will be the connective tissue between the executive team and the broader organization, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks and that the CEO is always positioned to lead at his highest level.This role includes direct ownership of the CEO's personal and household operations alongside his professional calendar and communications. This company operates nationally and is growing by the day.OBJECTIVESExecutive & Calendar ManagementOwn and manage the CEO calendar, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing based on organizational goalsServe as a decisive gatekeeper for meeting requests "” approving, declining, or redirecting based on executive priorities, not just availabilityManage complex domestic and international travel logistics from end to end, including itineraries, contingencies, and expense reportingPersonal & Household OperationsManage the CEO's personal and household operations including house manager oversight, vendor communications, and project trackingHandle personal assistant duties including personal scheduling, supply ordering, errands, and ad hoc requestsEnsure all personal and professional expense reporting is completed accurately and on timeMeeting & Project SupportPrepare agendas, briefing documents, and presentations that allow executives to walk into every room readyTake clear, structured notes during executive meetings; own action item tracking and follow-through across stakeholdersCoordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEOStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationAct as a professional, personable, and credible representative of the CEO, and Cardone Ventures in all interactions "” internal and externalServe as a communication bridge across departments and leadership levels, proactively surfacing what needs executive attention and keeping projects movingBuild genuine, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders that reflect the standards of the Executive OfficeSystems, Processes & OperationsMaintain organized, up-to-date digital files, databases, and project recordsWrite, document, and continuously improve processes for your own scope of responsibilitiesMonitor executive inboxes and communications, flagging priority items and drafting responses as neededWho This Role Is Not ForWe want to be upfront so we both save time:Not for you if personal support feels beneath you.
