They bring both technical accounting expertise and leadership presence, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across financial operations.Job Summary:The Senior Accounting Manager oversees the daily operations of the accounting function, including accounts payable, general ledger management, and financial reporting. This role leads a team of four and partners closely with senior leadership to ensure accurate financials, strong internal controls, and successful audit outcomes.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of accounting and accounts payable staffLead and mentor a team including an Accounting Manager, Staff Accountant, and Accounts Payable team membersMaintain proper accounting methods, policies, and principlesManage the general ledger, including fixed assets and ROU leasesReview and approve invoices, expenses, and journal entriesPrepare journal entries as neededAnalyze cash receipts and accounts receivable activityLead month-end close processesEnsure accuracy of financial statements through account reconciliationsPerform variance analysis and interpret financial dataPrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reportsServe as the primary liaison for external audits and tax processesOversee preparation and review of all balance sheet reconciliationsPrerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:Bachelor's degree in AccountingStrong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accountingMinimum of 5 years of accounting and finance experienceProven experience leading or supervising a teamExtensive experience working with external auditorsNetSuite experience preferredCPA preferredIf you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered please apply with your most updated Resume/CV.
