Job Description:
The Technical Project Coordinator supports the Director of Application Development by coordinating day-to-day IT operations and internal system-related projects. The focus is on execution, organization, and follow through across IT, application workflows, and cross-department initiatives. This position helps reduce operational bottlenecks so system ownership and higher-level priorities can move forward efficiently. The role is primarily internally focused on IT operations and internal application workflows, with a smaller external component supporting DealforceCRE clients. Strong technological aptitude is important, but deep technical expertise is not required.Essential Duties - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware setup, account provisioning, phone setup, and decommissioning.Manage and track IT- related requests, including hardware, printers, and basic troubleshooting.Build working knowledge across a diverse application ecosystem (proprietary apps, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Box, internal training systems) to support day-to-day usage, troubleshooting, and coordination.Support backlog organization and documentation in Linear, including assisting with user story drafting and task tracking.Coordinate with external developers, including overseas teams, to track progress, follow up on tasks, and maintain clarity on priorities.Facilitate communication between departments to gather feedback on systems and workflow improvements.Run recurring check-ins with internal teams to provide updates on projects, features, and progress.Create and maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and training materials.Support execution of system and operational projects as directed. Marginal DutiesAssist with vendor coordination, including service contracts and renewals.Provide support and training to external DealforceCRE clients, including onboarding guidance and answering basic platform questions while escalating complex issues as needed.Support coordination during system issues and help keep communication clear and organized when priorities shift.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
