Apply today and build a career that inspires you!We are seeking a dynamic and organized leader to manage our Summer Seasonal Activities and Year-Round Events programming at The Lodge at Schroon Lake. This role oversees all aspects of our guest activities and waterfront operations—from hiring, training, and scheduling staff, to developing engaging programs and large-scale community events like Winter Wonderland and the Irish Festival. The ideal candidate will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, manage a robust activities and events budget, and support marketing efforts through promotional content and social media. Responsibilities also include concierge services, operating recreational equipment and shuttles, and maintaining safety and service standards. Apply today!Experience / Education:3 plus years’ experience in related position, minimum of a year of supervisory experience required. High School diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
