Clinician, ResidentialSocial Workers and Mental Health Professionals with Limited Permit are eligible for $2500 retention bonus!Licensed Social Workers & Mental Health Professionals are eligible for a $7500 retention bonus!As a Clinician, you will coordinate and complete client assessments, working collaboratively with the child, family, legal guardian, law guardian, psychiatrist, nurse, psychologist, educators, child care staff, and other providers to prepare, implement and monitor a comprehensive, permanency-focused case plan for children in the Residential Program. You will report to the Director of the Residential Treatment Center. You will work onsite and in the community.Responsibilities: Assess children and Families at intake to complete a comprehensive mental health assessment to create a diagnosis and comprehensive treatment plan for recommended service needs. Meet and communicate with biological families, guardians, foster families, and case workers. Provide therapeutic services to identified children/Families based on treatment plan recommendations. Attend community-based meetings or sessions when needed. Work with an interdisciplinary team to monitor ongoing progress of children and families and update treatment plans. Work with referring and collateral agencies and prepare reports and correspondence. Maintain Clinical case records following Agency, OMH, and other state mandates. Diligently plan for discharge/permanency, at the time of admission. Communicate with your client and treatment teamRequirements and Education: Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Related mental health field RTF Clinician requires two years of related experience. Professional licensure required, Limited Permits accepted (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT) Valid NYS driver's license required Must pass physical.
