This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and bookkeeping skills who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment. You will ensure smooth office operations, accurate financial recordkeeping, and reliable support for management and staff.Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential to meet the demands of the hospitality industry. During the summer season, this position will require availability from Thursday to Monday to align with operational needs. In the fall and winter months, workdays and hours may be adjusted based on operational requirements.Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping & Financial SupportRecord daily transactions and maintain accurate ledgersManage invoice processing and vendor paymentsSupport payroll preparation and timesheet trackingSupport month- end close, audits, and reporting deliverablesPrepare weekly financial performances reportsOffice AdministrationManage office supplies and basic administrative tasksCoordinate schedules and communications with staff managementMaintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)Cash & Revenue HandlingSupport cash handling and reconciliation processesPrepare deposits and track daily revenue reportsOversee daily POS revenue reportingReconcile ticket sales and event revenueOperational SupportProvide administrative assistance to General ManagerEnsure smooth day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environmentQualifications:Prior experience in bookkeeping, office management, or administrative supportStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with basic accounting software and Microsoft Office/Google SuiteAbility to work weekends and adapt seasonal demandsComfortable working in a hospitality environment with high guest interactionHow to applyInterested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience and vision for the role to [email protected] Opportunity StatementTryst Hospitality is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
