Job Description:
Payroll Support Coordinator Provides payroll support to onsite distribution center as well as remote support to designated stores group. High level of customer service. A day in the life: Maintain and upload payroll systems for specific/assigned geography(s)/locations(s) reconcile data; identify and correct errors; upload to Workday payroll. Serve as point person for responding to specific types of questions/claims from outside parties (e.g., unemployment, garnishments) research information using existing systems. Support full cycle payroll for employees in specific/assigned geography(s)/location(s) - reconcile data; identify and correct errors; upload to ADP. Enter data and hours for DC/Stores that are unable to transmit information; process short hour, missed benefit day, vacation and mismatch bonus requests. Troubleshoot, research and resolve various payroll issues identify, research, and resolve questions/issues (may relate to: paycards, Social Security, employment verifications). Communicate and follow-up on issues in a timely manner. Provide back-up to other Coordinators perform back up duties for Coordinators/Senior Coordinators as needed. You'll come with: 2-3 years of experience in related field Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Proficient in department's Payroll/Accounting/Financial Systems Expertise in processes/activities pertaining to payroll Identifies and resolves problems/issues pertaining to reconciliations Attention to detail and accuracy Organized and on top of time sensitive tasks; works well within time constraints Handles correspondence professionally and efficiently. Resolves issues quickly and effectively Effectively communicates with management and peers Works independently, with limited guidance, within established procedures Workday HCM system a plus ZebraWFM system a plus Compensation range: $20.50 - $27.00
