You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all agesPerform physical exams, interpret tests, and develop treatment plansSupport quality improvement initiativesParticipate in teaching and mentoring residents, students, and staffServe as a trusted provider to the communitySchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (potential extended hours)Education & ExperienceMD or DO from an accredited institutionCompletion of Family Practice residencyActive Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain)Current DEA registrationECFMG Certificate (if applicable)Skills & AttributesStrong communicator with empathy and professionalismDeep understanding of preventive and community healthTeam-oriented, mission-driven, and patient-focusedInterested in hearing more?
