Facilities Maintenance Technician

NOW HIRING: Millerbernd Manufacturing is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Circular Products (CP) team in Sauk Rapids. The Facilities Maintenance Technician would be responsible to help maintain all MMC Facilities to ensure a safe, clean, clutter free and functional environment year-round.Job Title: Facilities Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Sauk Rapids, MNSalary Range: $22.95 - 27.00 per hour (Non-Exempt)(In compliance with Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, this range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, and other factors.)Shift Schedule: 1st shift - Monday - Friday 7am - 3pmShift Differential: 1st shift - N/AAs a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will:Prepare surfaces to paint various structures & equipment (walls, doors, floors, etc.) to maintain a safe, comfortable work environmentPerform Routine facilities maintenance tasks to include (replacement of light bulbs fixing, leaks in faucets & drains, unclogging of drains)Install, reposition, and remount modular office equipment Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facilities related equipmentAssess HVAC problems, resolve the issue or escalate to supervisor as neededPerform work in accordance with all safe work practices and company policiesParticipate and support Continuous Improvement initiatives Role Qualifications as a Facilities Maintenance Technician: Preferred candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent and two or more years of experience in a maintenance or repair roleOther combinations of formal training and experience will be consideredExperience with forklifts or ability to become certified in forklift operationDemonstrate proper use of hand toolsProficiency in reading and interpreting equipment manuals and schematicsDemonstrated work experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systemsWorking knowledge of preventive maintenance systems & practicesStrong attention to detailJoin Millerbernd Manufacturing - Where Your Career Can Take ShapeAbout Us: At Millerbernd, we don't just offer jobs"”we build careers.
