Teachers will develop lessons according to the district and state standards, that will foster life-long learning and good citizenship. Instructional Planning and Preparation Design specialized instruction that best meets the needs of the students Assess student learning Instructional Interaction Communicate clearly and accurately Engage students in learning in a welcoming environment Provide feedback to students Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to student needs Professional Responsibilities Communicate with parents regarding student performance as needed Demonstrate professionalism in all work areas Qualifications Valid MN license required in appropriate area Bachelors from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching assignment Experience Successful prior teaching experience with the appropriate grade level preferred Application Procedure Please complete the online application in its entirety.
