Required Skills: Valid Wyoming Physical Therapy licenseCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plansProficient in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional trainingStrong documentation skills adhering to hospital and regulatory standardsCollaborative mindset to work effectively with multidisciplinary teamsKnowledge of evidence-based practices and current treatment guidelinesNice to Have Skills: Experience in outpatient or hospital-based settingsPrior supervision or mentorship experience with PT AssistantsFamiliarity with rural healthcare challenges and solutionsBilingual abilities are a plusPreferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programPrior experience in outpatient therapy or hospital environments is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to applyDemonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional developmentOther Requirements: Must hold a Wyoming state license to practice Physical TherapyAbility to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.Shift length of 9 hours, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.No travel required, though reimbursements available when applicableThis position offers an hourly pay rate of $63.65, along with a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements if applicable.
